this post is long overdue. a definite fan of dotkom and j.arthur, not to mention they’re pretty down-to-earth cats to begin with. what this album feels like? warmth, to-the-corner-store walks, and poetry in motion. think the cosmic and raw, acoustic levels of nice & smooth circa ‘91. support local music, y’all. download here.

tracking back to 2007 for this. bt-dubs, lovely has been both my ringtone / notification tone for the last few months (to 2 different parts of the song) and has probably annoyed those who i see on a daily basis… and IDAF. john west will be gettin’ it this summer of 2011 when his album drops, i call it. and justin says it’s only meant to be that a song titled “lovely” should be my ringtone — y’know because i drop the word almost as often as i drop f-bombs IRL.
