dwight howard for deng and noah. i may be in the minority, but i think it’s stupid. yes, our center presence is a little lackluster, but they’d get more out of the deal than we would. when playoffs come around any player that can freaking breathe knows to just get howard fouled out or at the line, leaving us with only asik. noah plays better when booz is off the floor. deng? best be an all-star this year.

he’s clutch (defensively and offensively) and is in games for what seems like an average of 40 minutes. again, i feel like no one sees that deng is just as important as rose.

no kidding, i felt the same way watching that game. i’d be lying if i didn’t think they could be a threat again in the east. offensively, we’re not the strongest team. that, and wade/bron have been playing pick-up games all summer.

rose already said he doesn’t do pick-up. ermm, okay… insert MJ shrug here.

being a gung-ho bulls fan i obviously want us to win. which is dependent on so many other things. long story short, we still need to show up. we have issues with simple things like driving vs. shooting a jumper decisions. if you’re getting brick after brick try something else! we struggle with that shit, what’s up with that?

i mean take today’s game for instance, shit worried me. i’m a kobe fan and he killed it but in my opinion, the score shouldn’t have been that close. it should’ve been like the heat/mavs game. kobe wasn’t 100%, no bynum, no odom.

if we play like we did against a 100% team we’re gonna be shit out of luck.

and if boozer could play like the all-star he was on the jazz and stop with the excessive fadeaways like he be jordan, we’d be okay. i’m glad we picked up rip, but we need to get him to the same defensive presence that bogans had. hopefully thibs can help with that part of his game so getting into foul trouble early doesn’t become a habit.

that aside, rose and deng are gold. excited for the rest of the season.
