it’s on sale. in need of a new TB (that’s portable so i don’t have to deal with a damned adapter anymore) and i’m thinking this is the way to go — two things that are calling me are the usb 3.0 and drop guard. but can i really rely on it to be dropped from “up to 7 feet” like it claims? hmm. but hell, if that works it’s great for my accident-prone self! if 2TBs were sold like this (and on sale) i’d jump on that but y’know… not the case. anybody own this sucker so you can help me come to a decision?

i still can’t believe this old school technics / bose & boston speakers totaled $7.50! this will defnitely hold me over until i fully replace the turntable).

as you can see, i decided to set them up near my keyboard :)
